The Restaurant Stocker organizes and keeps the cleanliness of inventory in Eataly restaurants. Reports to the Restaurant Assistant General Manager.
Stock shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred supplies
Checks inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished
Receives, open, unpack and stock restaurant supplies
Polishes all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room
Maintains adequate supplies in the work stations when dining room is open
Follows department steps of service for appropriate customer service
Performs other duties as required or assigned
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ years of stock clerk or related work
Attention to detail
Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 100 lbs.
Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
Ability to exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to 8 hours
