Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Logistics and Transportation, Supply Chain Management or similar focus. MBA is preferred.
5 to 7 years work experience in selling or designing Warehousing & Transportation Services & Solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of direct customer facing experience required.
Experience in the Life Science and Healthcare industry strongly preferred, ideally with a supply chain & specialty transportation focus on Pharma.
Experience selling Direct to Representative and Direct to Practitioner sampling services.
Experience/Knowledge of Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA).
Experience/Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Wholesale Distribution Models for Commercial Trade.
Track record of implementing a sales strategy that focuses on: Account Management & Growth (emerging, mid-tier and enterprise).Strong forecasting and planning to achieve quarterly and annual growth targets.Aligning growth targets with new and existing accounts.Understanding industry trends and their impact to existing and potential business.Cross functional support & collaboration to drive end to end solutions.
Previous managerial experience is preferred.
Knowledge of cold chain shipping systems and freight forwarding is preferred.
