Logistics and Supply Chain Manager The Logistics and Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing Token?s overall supply chain and logistics strategy in order to maximize the process efficiency, productivity and cost metrics. In addition, they will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors. This person will work with both the innovation and production sides of the company to validate new partners, components and material sourcing and also help to sheppard products from proof of concept to production. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with all current and potential suppliers of components and materials for current and future Token products Responsible for developing a supplier vetting and scoring process Responsible for putting in place alternate partners for critical relationships in the supply chain Responsible for pipelining and delivery of components and material for scheduled production runs Work with engineering and innovation teams to provide product level feedback on new components and products Responsible for working to reduce unit costs through relationship development and alternative sourcing Identify supply chain process bottlenecks and suggest solutions for process improvement Responsible for understanding and reporting on component material market trends and insights Responsible for maintaining internal inventory management Requirements Five to ten years working with or for a contract manufacturer or electrical component distributor Experience in supplier relationship development Experience in material scheduling and cost analysis Comfortable supporting both innovation and production teams Work independently and contribute ideas and solutions to complex problems Up to 15% travel as deemed appropriate to develop supplier relationships
